BOARD
The constitution sets out the roles and responsibilities of the association and the members of the Board. The Constitution is available to read here: CONSTITUTION. The board is made up of professionals in the areas of arts, philanthropy, finance, business and legal areas. The board meets quarterly and an AGM for members is held annually in November.
